  • Discuss placement details, interview schedules, and start dates.
  • Follow up on your application status or candidate profile.
  • Provide updates on retained search, contingent search, or temporary staffing placements.
  • Conduct employment screening and verification.

  • Confirm your placement or engagement with Madexa services.

6.3 Message and Data Rates

You understand and acknowledge that:

  • Standard SMS message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
  • Your wireless carrier may charge you per message for SMS communications sent to and received by you.
  • Madexa is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
  • Message frequency will vary based on placement activity and service engagement; it could be 5 or more per week.

6.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications from Madexa at any time by:

Important: Opting out of SMS does not prevent contact via other methods (phone calls, email) if you have an active placement or engagement with our services.

Opt-out requests are processed within 48 business hours, and you will receive a confirmation message.

6.5 Do Not Call Registry Notice

Calls made by Madexa to phone numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry are permitted for employment, placement, and recruitment-related purposes under TCPA regulations. This includes calls regarding job opportunities, interview scheduling, and placement confirmation—all considered non-marketing business communications.

6.6 Call Recording Notice

Please note that calls between you and Madexa may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By accepting these terms, you consent to call recording.

6.7 Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw consent for phone or SMS communications at any time by contacting Madexa's support team. However, this may limit our ability to reach you regarding active placements, job opportunities, or ongoing staffing engagements.

6.8 Carrier Disclaimer

Madexa is not liable for any delays, failures, or non-delivery of SMS messages caused by your wireless carrier, network issues, or technical problems beyond our control.

6.9 Data Privacy

Your phone number and contact information will be used solely for recruitment and placement purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable employment regulations. We do not share your number with third parties except as necessary for placement services.
